Hello and welcome everyone. Thank you for joining CISPRO in our webinar today with Trailed. A few housekeeping items to go over before we jump into the content. All attendees will be muted during this call. The webinar is being recorded and you will receive the link to this within two business days. Questions will be answered at the end of the webinar. Please enter the questions into the Q&A window. And now without further ado, I will turn it over to Trailed. Hi everybody, I am Karen Donahue. I am the Director of Partnerships over here at CISPRO or at Trailed for CISPRO. And with me is my colleague, Rachel Schmorgen, who is also a Director of Partnerships here at Trailed. And she is coming in to help me today. Unfortunately, Adam Lesky, who most of you guys know, is under the weather. So that's why I brought Rachel in to help facilitate this webinar. So welcome and thank you very much for attending. What we're looking at today. What we're looking at today is going to be a quick agenda. It's going to be a very high overview of Trailed. So we're going to talk about how we're different, some payable challenges that we know that you all face, the benefits that we see for AP and workflow automation, the impact of invoice fraud errors and mistakes. Then we're going to jump into the demo because that's the most important. And finally, we'll finish with just a few Q&As and maybe some customer testimonials. So let's just talk about the challenges that all of us in the industry face when it comes to accounts payable, right? I'm not going to talk to the entire PowerPoint, but think it's all that filing of the AP invoices. It's manual entry, not being able to save anything as a draft, all the GRN matching that everybody's doing. And then, of course, where our workflow comes in, it helps with the chasing up receipts, finding out where invoices should be actually coded in the GL, and then, of course, looking at all of those invoices and payments towards the end. So there are a lot of AP automation tools out there. But why we say you should choose Trailed is simple. We just do more. Specifically, in the SysPro community, we have not only with the AP automation, but we have full financial control. So what sets us apart from any of our competitors, we have an Outlook connector. We can save invoices as draft. That's huge. Always on machine learning enabled AP automation. That's proprietary to Trailed. We have a really cool feature that I always love to show, which is a multi-page invoice splitting. Of course, I've already mentioned the three-way matching. But again, unique to SysPro. That landed cost allocation. That landed cost allocation. And also being able to bring that information in against any kind of project or actually, I should say production orders within SysPro. The AP documents are not only in Trailed, but we bring them into SysPro in the SysPro multimedia file. And then, of course, again, it's all those workflow approvals. We can mark invoices. We have this fantastic in-product communication system. You know, think instant messaging, audit tracking. And then, we've really, really expanded what we do here at Trailed. And that's something that I'll talk about a little later. But we've got new supplier onboarding and verification, supplier statement reconciliations, and a payment review dashboard that you can actually look. So, I mean, our biggest selling point is always that invoice fraud and errors. And everything that we can do to detect that before it actually goes into SysPro. Some of the benefits that you see here on the screen is, per the IRS, they say that it costs about $26 with your employee, your overhead, all that kind of stuff, to process a single invoice. When you think about the way that Trailed is, with the cost of Trailed and all the benefits that you get with it, it ends up being about $7. So, you're saving about $9 per invoice. So, you're saving about $19 per invoice. So, you can see the math here, but imagine what you can do with not only the extra time and resource that you have beyond that. And this is where we like to tell the little bit of the story, right? Trailed was born around fraud. Our two co-founders, their companies were actually defrauded via email business, right? So, they got an email from somebody, email business compromise. They got an email from somebody, and it turned out that they were incorrect, and it managed to get through the first round, if you will. And it took about three separate times before they finally actually figured it out. Well, the two of them got together because they know that if it happened to these two friends in their different businesses, it can happen to anybody. And that's how Trailed was actually born. It is a family-owned business, which I think is really fantastic in the way that we have brought this out. So, again, started with companies, but has just grown globally. I know everybody in this room has seen fraud, has been, you know, around it. Perhaps it's even happened to you, and if so, I'm sorry. But that's what Trailed was born for. So, now let's get into AssistPro Live demo. As Julie mentioned, if you can, Rachel and I are going to turn our cameras off now because we want you to focus on the demo itself. But please, you know, put your questions and answers in there. Rachel is going to be fabulous about monitoring it and reviewing those questions and then answering them. So, without any more fluff, if you will, I'm going to go ahead and start the demo. Okay. Okay. So, what you are looking at right now, I'm going to move my little inbox down, is the Trailed in Tray. So, Trailed is a web. It's a web-based application. There are unlimited users. There are unlimited users into Trailed, so no user limits. You are going to bring the way that we cost structure is simply by the amount of invoices that you're bringing into the system on a monthly basis. There is no lock-in contract. It is a month-to-month. Or if you choose an annual subscription, then you actually have a 5% discount on an annual. So, what you're looking at is our Trailed in Tray. So, let's put my hat on for an AP specialist or AP clerk, right? I come in in the beginning of the day and I'm going to have some invoices waiting for me. Now, as you can see, our user interface is quite simplistic in that we have a top toolbar here that's going to break up the different bits of our application. Of course, our user information. And then this secondary column is what I love because it's a filtering column based on what it is that you're looking at. So, because I'm in my invoices, if I choose to, I can actually go down here and because of the role that I'm taking on, right, which is my AP clerk, I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to go down here and I'm going to go down here. So, what this is going to do is this is how we actually get information into the system. There's two main ways, one of which is kind of split in half, if you will. The first way is what 99% of our customers use, which is an AP inbox. That's where I talked about that Outlook connector. So, we can actually have your AP at ABC company, .com. We can have that automatically forwarded.com. We can have that automatically forwarded into your in-tray here in Trailed. We can also create you an AP invoices at Trailed.com, right? So, you've got a couple different options when it comes to that. The other way that you could actually do it is you can upload invoices. So, I'm actually going to get out of my drafts and show you all the ones that I currently have in here. And now I want to upload a couple more. So think about this as maybe a share drive that you might have. You can click on this big button and it'll allow you to choose your files. And now I can actually go into here and I can choose one of my files from here. So now I can actually take these. And if I wanted to, I could bring all of these in. So let's bring this one and this one in. Okay. And now I can go ahead and upload all of those. And while that's happening, I'm just going to show you the other way that you can do it. You can actually have your directory up and at them, right? Let me bring this, come back here. And here's that same thing. But now I'm just looking at it this way. And maybe I actually want to go in and I want to go up one level and find a different one. I can actually bring another one simply by dragging and dropping. And now that's going to upload that invoice as well. Make sense to everyone? Okay. I'm going to go ahead and now I'm going to go back into my drafts while those are processing. One thing I'll point out is while they're processing, you'll see I'll get a little red dot up here, which means that they have actually finished processing if needed. I'm going to click over into my drafts. I'm going to click over into my drafts and let's look at them this way. So there's two kinds of drafts that are going to come through. And they're going to be anything that has to do with a purchase order and GRN or a non-PO. So let's go ahead and start with one that is a non-purchase order. So as you can see, it's going to come through and it's going to do all of that OCR technology of reading the data that's on that invoice. As you can see here, I'm going to click over here and you'll notice that there's a little red box over on the left-hand side reading exactly where trailed is learning where the invoice information lies. So if I wanted to, you could see I could kind of go to this one and it would actually bring in that description. I don't need to. Trailed was smart the first time. So I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to leave that alone. So it's 6775. It found that perfectly. Now, based on the way that I log in, I can put in my default branch or if you're using multiple branches inside, you can pick a different branch. The ERP supplier is actually going to come off of your invoice here and it's going to match, which is in this second column here. It's going to match everything that you have in your AP invoice master. So think about specifically your banking information and then of course what currency that you're using. My demo system happens to be in Australian dollars right now. What tax category is default for this particular customer. And then you'll notice over here, it's reading specifically the net and tax totals and invoice totals straight away over here. Well, because we don't have a GRN that's on this one, this one is a non-GRN invoice, what I can do is I can add from the invoice. So before I do that, though, I want to show you in our next example, we'll go through this completely. But say I really thought that we might have had a GRN for this, I could actually go into my open PO receiver and I can actually look and see if we've got any additional purchase orders that are out here for this particular company. So again, extremely powerful when it comes to the integration with Syspro. In this case, I know that it's not. So I'm going to go ahead and discard those. And now I'm going to come back and do what I typically would do, which is just add from this invoice. So it's that simple for a non-PO. It's come through one click after I know that it's in there, one click for the add from invoice. You'll notice that I don't have any variances. It brought it in exactly as it should against my tax category and everything on the line item is good to go. Now, when I mentioned that we do have a product communication system, think instant messaging inside of trailed, right? So I can come into here and I can say at Adam, whoops, it would help if I spelled his name right, at Adam, or let's just say at Tracy, all is good. Okay. This could be a spot where you're giving in a question or maybe you notice an error or a variance or something. But think of it as that instant messaging because now Tracy is going to get a notification up here if she happens to be inside trailed. If she is not actually inside trailed at the moment, she will also have a trailed email that will come to her with the specifics of this invoice as well as what the notation is. And that way she can just click into it and go right into this particular question that was there. Okay. Sorry, I have something coming up. Okay. So now let's go over to the general information area. As you can see, I did my GL information based on the lied item. If say this was something that you wanted to code differently, because it is a non-pro, because it is a non-PO GL, you can. I do want to just show you how your entire GL structure is built inside trailed as well. It's linked to it. And how we link to is by business objects. Okay. The subject to approval rules here means that there isn't, this is going to be one of those easy peasy ones where all I have to do is submit because it's a low risk invoice. So I can simply hit submit. So I can simply hit submit. And now it's, I'm going to be able to move on to my next one. Okay. Okay. I'm going to go into another one where I actually have a GRN. So let me just quickly go into here and we're going to edit this one. Okay. So here is, I'm going to delete this so that I can show you where this is at. So this is actually a laptop that's come in. And now I need to bring this laptop in. So again, I can go into my PO receipt selector and look, there is my line item. And I can quickly go in here, add that line item and it will come in. Okay. So a lot of times what I like to do in our invoices is I put errors in just to show you how awesome our error protection is. So as you can see here, the quantity didn't seem to come in right. And I have a, I have a variance in here of $341. Well, because of that, I want to actually take action. So as I look up here, I can see here, trailed is telling me that there's no net total and there's no tax. There's no tax in there. So this makes me know that my tax category is incorrect. So I can put in my correct tax category. And now after I go through everything, it will actually find out what the actual total is. And if you notice what I just did there is I'm training the system now to look specifically for that information. Okay. Same thing with the tax, I can do that as well. So in this case, if I had an error or say the question, quantity didn't come in, did it come in properly, right? You can see here, I've put the quantity and property, the properly, the unit cost came in, that tax category is matching now and my variance is good to go. So again, now I have the ability to go ahead and submit that as well. Okay. Last one that I want to show on this side, because we are limited for time, is how great we can split invoices. So I got this invoice here. It came from Avis and it's a three pager. Well, upon further review, I can see that all three of those pages are actually three individual invoices. So what I'm going to do here is I'm going to use our machine learning and the system is actually going to give me their recommendation about where we should split these invoices. So as you can see, it's going to, sorry, it's just my internet may be bad. Hopefully everybody can still hear me. I've got a split document. It's saying split after page one and after page two. There, now it's coming up. Okay. So I'm going to go ahead. I'm going to split my documents according to what the machine is recommending to me, what Trailed is recommending. And you'll notice that it's going to split these one, two, and three. Just like on that very first one that I showed you as each one processes. Then all I have to do is say submit and go to those invoices. And what's going to happen is my invoices are going to come through. Okay. I'm going to go in now to our approver. So I'm going to put on my approver roll hat at the moment. And I'll show you these in one second after they've processed. But let's go into one that I have. But let's go into one that I have that is an easy peasy. And one that I like to consider what we call, which is auto approve. So this invoice came in, it was a GRN and a purchase order match. Everything came in perfectly. There are no variances in here. You can see that I have a complete audit trail over here and over here of what it is that we've done with it. As well as the GL codes. I can, in this place, I think this is ready to go because it's already been auto approved. Okay. So this one is green means go low risk. It's telling us why it's a low risk. It matches our ERP supplier average. We think that this one is fantastic. So we're good to go there. Going to go back into my invoices and I'm going to go to the ones that are now still pending review. So now as I go into here, I'm going to pick up another one. I'm going to pick this one up here. So this one happens to be a medium risk. Why is this a medium risk? The system's going to tell us. It is a brand new ERP supplier. We have never approved any invoices from this guy before. Right? Well, maybe I know that this was a one-off. We haven't done business with them. So I want to just be able to go ahead and I say that this is definitely approved and I can hit approve here. So when it comes to approvers, it's literally a one click. They're either going to approve it, they're going to reject it, or they're going to edit it and send it back to either the clerk or the PO owner for any kind of clarification. So when it comes to approving this, they have everything right in front of them and they can just hit approve. Now I'm going to go click and back because we've just kind of determined this, but one more thing that I'm going to show, because again, I like to show the different risk factors that we're always looking for, that we're monitoring. This one is asking for an urgent payment. So this is something that's out of the norm. But again, in this example, it's a first time vendor that I'm doing. And all Trailed is saying is that we think you want to just take one other look of the eye. This is not going to be an auto approve. So in this case, everything looks okay to me. Again, I realize there's no variance. Yes, I know that they want urgent because I agreed to cash in advance. I can go ahead and approve it. Now I'm going to come up with a high risk. So because we have these risk factors out there. And the analogy at Trailed that we always like to use is think of your credit cards. If you have a credit card, and this actually truly just happened to me last Saturday, somebody went into a Dick's Sporting Goods store and tried to charge like $3,000 on one of my cards. Well, luckily, Chase Bank caught it in time, did a fraud alert, denied the charge, and I was good to go. But unfortunately, a lot of times in business, that doesn't happen until after the fact. So again, what Trailed is doing is before this information gets into SysPro, into your actual accounting system, Trailed is actually warning you ahead of time, you need to take a look at this. So why is Trailed telling me this? Because this invoice total is almost double of what we typically get, right? So right there, it's this one, it exceeds the supplier maximum. The second one, payment details have changed. So according to our ERP system, the information that is on this particular invoice that just came through has a change to it. True story that I like to tell, true story that I like to tell, one of our customers actually had this happen to them. They were one digit off in a remit to, and Trailed was able to catch it before it actually happened. But again, hard to see sometimes with the human eye. However, our algorithms and our risk factors behind the scenes that we're always working on, we're able to catch that. And then this one, payment details not detected. We couldn't find payment information on this invoice that matches what's in our ERP system. So again, even though that we put this through, something is funky with this, there's nothing in SysPro that's telling us what this should be. So it's going to flag it there. So in this case, my approver has the ability to reject it, or they can place it as on hold and mark it as urgent and keep it in the system in a draft form until it's actually completely vetted to make sure that it's okay to pay. Okay. One last thing that I love to show in here is for my folks that are on the go, right? So say, for example, I am traveling and I happen to use an iPhone 14, right? This is exactly what the system looks like on a telephone. So you are going to have all the exact same, the ways that you can get to information. You will have everything right here at your fingertips. Obviously it's device agnostic. So it works on absolutely anything. And now from here, I can go on here and I can even put in my comments in here. I can from here, I can reject it. If I choose to. And this is available all through the entire system. Okay. I'm going to go ahead and close this out. So now we've gone through what our AP clerks do, what our approvers do. So one quick thing before we actually get into what happens next is I just wanted to show you that those, that three page PDF that originally came in, has now split itself into three different actual invoices that now you can take apart and do that. One of the use cases that I love to give out for this particular thing are utility bills, right? Sometimes we still get old fashioned, you know, snail mail and whatnot that we need to put in there. This is a perfect example of how you could do that instead of, you know, doing three, three pages of one thing. So if you could do that, you know, we could do that. So I want to check, you know, it's automatically check. It's automatically looking. It looks like this invoice was uploaded a second time, probably just an error. Maybe it came to me, but then it also went to our clerk. Trailed is going to catch that if there is a duplicate out there. And it's just as easy as going ahead and deleting that invoice straight away, because you know it doesn't belong there. Final thing that I will show you is that we actually do handwritten invoices. It's kind of cool. And then we also do nice little receipts. So if you've got people that are pushing in receipts, you can do that as well. You can bring in any kind of receipts and the system will actually read those. And then the final thing that I just want to show is on this one. The acuity equipment, I didn't have it in the beginning, but now I actually want to upload an additional file here, maybe my packing slip. I can choose files here and upload any additional files. They can be the same as what we used for the actual AP invoice, which is PDF, JPEG, or PNG. But I can also now bring in on my additional files, an Excel, Word, text, or CSV file. So again, very powerful with that. And that's the kind of the main reason I wanted to show you that is because now we're going to go into our invoices and we're going to go to approved. So now what happens inside, I have decided that these are all perfectly great to pay. I'm going to go ahead. I'm going to check that box. I'm going to export those into SysPro. Okay. So now bear with me for one moment while I bring up my SysPro instance. And here we go. I'm going to close out of this and this. So I'll start from scratch for you. So now just imagine that we have already put through, we've exported them into SysPro. We've done our payment run. We've completed our entire payment run. This is actually what you're going to do. This is actually what you're going to see now in SysPro after we have completed that. Okay. Server date change. Come on. Try one more time. Let's get in there. I'm sure no one sitting in on this call has ever had SysPro respond slowly. Come on. There we go. Okay. So now I'm going to put my supplier in. I'm going to use my as organics, right? And what you're going to see as this comes up, I'm going to take this invoice right here, $16.77, and I'm just going to query it. And by the way, I am using the rich client in SysPro 8. But if any of you are using the web interface, it works exactly the same in the web interface. Okay. And I'm going to hit invoice to query. And now I have that invoice up and running. Okay. So a couple things I'll point out here. Our risk score comes in, as well as the trailed URL for this. This would automatically update it and open it up. And then you'll notice here that invoice reference. So if I decided to put in that descriptor field, it's going to come up as well. So if I do a right mouse click on it and do my GL distributions, what you're going to see here is exactly what came in from trailed, right? What we did for the GL code that you processed inside trailed. But the coolest part about it is when I go to hit my play button, I am going to have that exact documentation that I had inside of SysPro, I'm sorry, inside of trailed right here inside of SysPro. And that last bit that I had just showed you about bringing in additional things, maybe a packing list or a certificate of analysis or even a product specification. As long as I uploaded it in trailed, it will come through into your SysPro multimedia file. Okay. I'm going to go ahead and close out of that. I'm going to close out of SysPro real quick. And now let's go through a few more really great aspects of trailed. So let's go into our suppliers next. So inside of suppliers, this is where we can actually show you how trailed is verifying everything. We plumb into different government databases, we look at social footprints, and I believe that they told me that after the first three quarters of this year, we've processed almost a billion transactions. So we are constantly monitoring all of the different vendors that we have that are in our system and looking for any abnormalities that are out there. Okay. So now, as we look here, if I want to, I can go in and I can see that this one was actually verified by trailed. So that means that trailed went through their entire due diligence of checking absolutely everything that was out there. Now, on that acuity that I showed you. Now, on that acuity that I showed you, trailed hasn't gotten a chance yet to do all of that checklist. So I can actually go in myself and self-verify that should I want to. So if I know for a fact that the routing numbers and what I have purchased from them are good, I put my stamp on it right there. Okay. By self-verifying. Otherwise, it'll just continue to go through the cycle as it goes through every day, every hour and start doing the hour and start doing those verification processes. Okay. Another thing that I love to show in this one is something that we are doing. I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to use my little handy dandy tools here to move some things up and I'm going to go into my Bunnings trade. So you can see in here, I've got quite a bit. I like to call this, you know, trailed query for your vendor suppliers. So the first thing is I can go into here based on the supplier and I can go into here. I can go into here, see what's just approved, see what's pending approvals, see what I have here in drafts. I'm going to go back to the all so it shows everything. And now the next thing that I can do, this is for supplier statements. I actually love this. So I can highlight all of these. I get my supplier statement in the mail and I take a look and I want to do a new reconciliation. So I can come into here and I can say that on my statement value, it was, let's just say it was 250, 38. So on the statement that I had, I've got multiple things that aren't on it. Or I can actually, if I'm putting that statement thing in, it will show me which ones are available and then I can close that statement out. So that I know that I know that I'm keeping track of what I have. Just another nice, thoughtful thing that our developers have done with. I'm going to go ahead and clear that. Come on, clear. My fingers aren't working. There we go. And I am going to just get back into my suppliers here. So now you can have the ability to know that it's been verified, further check into it, do the statements inside of our supplier aspect. The user aspects is simply what it sounds like, right? It's all the users in the company and what role they have in the company. So if I go into here, you can see that I have a user. I can have them as a clerk, as a restricted clerk, approver, preliminary approver. Okay. I can grant permissions based on what I need and also specific branches. So if you've got multi-branches in there. The payment section, this is actually awesome. The only thing I wish that they would change it from payments to maybe like payment reconciliation. But what this is, and I'm sorry, my system isn't as up to date as I wish that it was. But what this is basically for is think about when you take a big stack of invoices to your controller or whoever is actually approving that big old stack of whether it's ACHs or checks and they're looking at all of that. Instead, what we actually have is the ability to look at it here online. So once you have created a payment file inside of SysPro, that then comes back to the the payment section to trailed and now your payments approver can actually sit here, dial down into, okay, well, what made up this $30,000? And then also see all of the risk scores that were against those particular invoices for that vendor in that payment reconciliation. Now, all these down here are all those really great green means go auto approves that we don't have to work with. So what trailed is really great green means go auto approves that we don't have to work with. So what trailed is really built for is the 80-20 rule. For 80% of your invoices that you don't really need to worry about and they're everything matches, those go through. It's that 20% that needs a second eye on them. That's where trailed really, really shines. Next one I'm going to go through are our reports. And I actually really love these. And if I have any AP or accountants in the room, this would have literally changed my life years ago. So I'm going to go in here, everybody, most people get audited, right? So auditors come in and they pick and choose which invoices or which documentation that they need, right? This is a perfect example of something like that. I need everything between this and this date, maybe with the status of this or this branch or whatever it happens to be. So obviously, I can look at this on. I can look at this on the screen, right? But I can also download it to Excel because we all know all accountants love Excel. That is like our jam, right? So I am going to, sorry, it opened on a different screen. I'm going to bring this over. So I have this great Excel document that has every bit of information that was there on the screen. And I'm going to highlight two fields that I just think are fantastic. Because we have unlimited users. A lot of our customers put in a user for auditors, right? So they'll have auditor as their, and they'll have it as a restricted clerk, if you will, that they're only able to see certain things, right? So now from there, if you give an auditor the rights to come into trailed, you can create a specified report for them with this link. And they just need to simply click on this link and it will bring them directly to that trailed information inside of trailed. If you choose not to give them access to trailed, better yet, we can just give them this PDF link. And all they need to do is click on this link and it will bring them all the information. And all the documentation that is attached to that particular invoice. So again, extremely powerful and very efficient in the way that we're trying to help our customers with their everyday mundane type of tasks. I'm going to switch back over here. And now I'm going to just quickly talk about our approval workflows. We've got multiple rules that you can create inside SysPro, inside SysPro, inside Trailed. You can see I'm a SysPro at heart. Create any kind of approval rules. You can have as many as you want. And here's just a couple examples, because again, I like to do different use cases. So as I go into here, what you're going to see is I can create different approval rules. In this case, I have one that's for my $100,000. So as you can read here, my conditions are that the invoice has to be over equal to or over $100,000. And I want it to be these particular ERP suppliers, right? So I want it to be Air Liquide, Avis, or Bunnings. Now, if I wanted to add any more, I'll go into the edit button, which I'll do in just a moment. But now I have an approval path. You can have up to seven levels of approvals based on what your rules and conditions are, right? So think if this, then this. So my level one is me, right? So I'm the first approver. But then I have to have my coworkers, either Tracy or Shrada or Mark, give it a second approval. So that's just one example. I'm going to go back here, hit one back. And let's look at this one. This is for a filter, right? So I've got ozone. And again, I want to do every single thing that happens with ozone, just this one vendor. I want to have Adam or Mark do it first. And then I want it to come to me. Now, I can add additional conditions. So if I add a condition, this is actually where, again, I like to just throw out different use cases that we use. So fields. These are all of the standard fields that Trailed and SysPro are integrating for. So ERP supplier, the GL code, the PO owner, submitted by, et cetera. The PO owner, just a quick use case that we like to use for this one. Say you've got buyers that are strictly for inventory, and then you have a buyer or a PO owner that's strictly for utilities or non-purchase order things, or even a maintenance person, right? So you've got your maintenance manager. You want the PO owners to always go to the next approver, which would be their direct supervisor. Very powerful with that one. This submitted by, we utilize this one in a great way, especially if you have a brand new AP clerk that's starting, right? We create a nice little workflow approval that says, you know, for the first maybe 30, 60 days while they're on probation, we want to have their supervisor. We want to have their supervisor take a second look at it and then go ahead and approve it after that. So lots of different use cases for all of these as we start to build and go through. Last thing is we also have that auto approver, which is where we're going to set up specific conditions based on that auto approval rule. If there is no issue with the GRN and it's between, say, you have a threshold for variances of 5% or something along those lines inside CISPRO, we create a work rule approval for that one. Okay? Let's go into delegations. So here's a delegation that I created. Adam is actually going to go on holiday for a few weeks. So in his absence, I am going to take over all of his approvals so he can delegate those to me for a specific time period. Now, if we go into find and replace and Adam has gone to Spain and decided he fell in love with the country and he's living there and he's saying goodbye to me, right? Now I can actually change anything that was for him, replace it with me and apply it to everything that's already out there. Approval rules, any pending reviews, everything. So especially the delegations come in super handy for holidays. Or folks are going on maternity leave or folks are going on maternity leave or parental leave or whatever it happens to be. And then the find and replace is if your employee won the lottery and they've decided to not come back. Last thing I want to point out are our release notes. And I actually have them up there too, but I'll go into here. One of the things that I love the most about Trailed is that we are constantly, constantly innovating and making enhancement to our product. And I would say a vast majority of those enhancements are from our customers. We have an extremely close relationship with both our customers as well as all of our channel partners at SysPro. And what's very important to us is that we listen to what their suggestions are and we action them. So as you can see here, we've got a ton of release notes. A lot of these are based on, hey, you know, this would probably work for us. Or whatever. You can see just in October, right? You can see just in October, we had three that were delivered on October 11th and another one on October 31st. One of the ones that I love to highlight is this freight one, okay? So this will, I mean, every AP person I know, this has been an issue. When you create a purchase order, you don't always know what the freight is going to be when the PO is created. When the invoice comes in, there's a freight line, right? So what we've done is we've actually maintained and created an add freight button so that it can automatically add the freight from the invoice and put it to your standard freight expense count. But if you need to change that, you'll notice we've got a little pull down here. You're able to change where that freight expense goes to on a GL. Whereas on these top two, because this was a P-O-G-R-N receipt, I couldn't make a change up there. Now you can. So again, it's just really simple and thoughtful things that our developers do to try to make the platform as easy to use as possible. Okay. I am going to switch my screen now and I am going to, from current slide, there we go. And I'm going to hit the next button and we've got customer testimonials that we're happy to share with you. But now let's go into any questions in the group. So I'll just ask Rachel to unmute herself and we can go through any questions and then we'll go and talk about our next steps. Fabulous, Karen. Thanks for that great overview. We do have a couple of questions that have come through here. And the first one is in relation to CIS Pro versions. So does it work with any version or only the newest version? It works with both seven and eight. In seven, we just ask questions about the way that your e-signatures have been utilized for seven, but it works flawlessly in either or, seven or eight. Unfortunately, not six. Great. Thank you. And just another question is how does trailed work with credit notes? Oh, that's a really good one. So the way that we deal with credit notes is that we just put them in as a negative. It's super simple. We just put the actual invoice in with a negative and the credit note, it's exported to CIS Pro appropriately as like a credit memo. Great. Thank you. Great. Thank you. And just talk a little bit about implementation if you could. Like what's the timing on that? That's what someone had asked me as well. Absolutely. So in our implementation plan, it can be as simple as two to four weeks. We are not an ERP that you're implementing. It truly is a plug and play. The only difference in time, the only difference in time, if you will, is that we allow you to pick and choose how many days you'd like for user acceptance testing. So our typical plan, which we share with all of our customers ahead of time, is starting with once there's an approval that you've approved and want us to come in, we create a onboarding meeting where we kind of go go through the entire plan with you go through the entire plan with you, with your decision makers, with anybody who's going to be involved in the product. Then we send you a questionnaire for your IT department that is super simple to set up, which is basically just giving us the information that we need to connect our system to yours. Once that is completed, we schedule the first training session with your top people that are going to be in there for training. It's usually a one-hour session. There is truly no limit to that, though. If you need a little bit more time, that is included. It's really up to you. Then we turn the entire system over to you for testing and user acceptance testing, right? That can be anywhere from one to two days to five days to ten days. It just really depends on what you're looking for. And then you come back to us. You say you're fine with it. You think it's great. We go in. We talk and do one hour again with your approvers. Because as you can see in my demo, it's really clicking one of three buttons for approvers. But again, we go through an entire training session with them so that they know and understand exactly what's happening. Once that has been determined that the approvers are good with it, you guys pick a go live date. It can be a Thursday afternoon at three o'clock. It doesn't really affect us much. We get your system ready to go and then you're live. Hopefully, I've answered that well enough for whoever asked the question. Yeah, thank you. And I've just had a couple more come through in the last couple of minutes as well. So a couple of people have been asking if we can send a copy of the webinar just so people can forward this on to their respective controllers, CFOs to get some information. Yes, absolutely. Julie will be doing that with all of our information on there as well as this. Okay, fabulous. I've also got a pricing per invoice or a monthly platform fee or mix of both. Just if you could explain how the pricing works. Our pricing is based on the volume of invoices that you are transacting on a monthly basis. So our lowest package starts at 500 and we go all the way up to 25,000 a month. So we have various customers that are on the smaller side and then we've got customers that are on the extreme large size. So it's just a happy little mixture. We base it on the tier that you are processing on a monthly basis. And as I mentioned in the beginning, there is no lock-in contract with it. So if you can go month to month. You can go month to month. And if you did pay annually and decide that you wanted to stop the system, you would be refunded whatever you had paid that you had not been used for. But again, it's completely up to you. We have a 99% retention rate. Since I've been here, we've never had a person stop using our system. So once they start, they absolutely love it. And all pricing can be given through either your SysPro account manager or your SysPro partner. Okay. Thank you, Karen. I think we've got time for two or three more questions. Okay. The first one is, can you just explain if customers are upgrading the SysPro system from seven to eight? You know, we can work through this update, but just if you can explain a little bit about, you know, what that looks like for people that are recommending. Yes, absolutely. So what we always like to tell our SysPro seven is we always like to ask them when eight is coming up for them. So for example, like we don't want to make our SysPro seven customers wait until they get to eight. So if you are in the process of determining that we are fine with starting you out on seven, there will just be a few hours, if you will, when you actually move to eight that the trailed would be down. And then, well, we just convert it over to the new database. And depending on the timing of that. So say, for example, you know, you do that now and you're planning on going live in January for version eight, we would not make any kind of a significant charge. If there is like a six month period or something along those lines, I believe that it's maybe after three months, three or six months, I will get whoever asked that question, the exact thing. There's just a very, very small additional implementation fee to make that change. But if it's within a three month period, there is no additional charge, we just up you whenever you're ready. Great. And just one more question, Karen, because I know we're getting close to time. And that was around job numbers. The question is actually instead of a GL code, but I believe we have job numbers in, in addition to the GL code, correct? Can you explain that? That is correct. We have a workaround because as most people will know, you cannot put that specifically into a job number. So we actually have a workaround that uses two additional business objects that we're able to put any line item and or top level into a specific job or production order. And whoever that person is, if they make sure that they're in the chat, I'll get you documentation on all of that. Fabulous. Thank you. Well, we do have a couple of other questions. I think we'll send some emails around individually. Just to make sure everyone's got our details. Karen, is that covered? Everyone's got our direct contact details. Maybe just go through that again in case anyone wants to reach out to us. Yep. So you can go through that again in case anyone wants to reach out to us. Yep. So you can go right here. I'm sorry. I have to click my little buttons. Whoops. One more. There we go. You can contact us at sales at trailed software.com. Again, I'm in here and I am literally just Karen at trailed software.com and Rachel is Rachel at trailed software.com. So feel free to reach out to us. So feel free to reach out to us. And, but again, you definitely want to go through your CIS Pro partner and or the CIS Pro AE as well. Thank you. Hope everyone has a wonderful, a wonderful day, afternoon, weekend. Thank you everyone for joining. Really appreciate it. Bye now.
